See support options

Recovering from anorexia takes courage, structure, and support that understands how hard the work can be. Coaching offers a consistent, compassionate partner between appointments — encouragement, accountability, and practical help with the everyday moments recovery depends on.

Kerry's approach pairs clinical understanding with lived experience of recovery.

Common questions

Is coaching a replacement for treatment?
No. Anorexia is a serious condition that needs medical and psychiatric care. Coaching is supportive, not clinical treatment. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and Kerry is glad to work alongside your existing treatment team.
What if I'm only just considering recovery?
That's a brave place to be. A free discovery call is a no-pressure way to talk it through.
