Frequently Asked Questions

Questions, answered.

A few of the things people most often want to know before reaching out. If your question isn't here, a free call is the easiest way to ask.

What is eating disorder recovery coaching?
Recovery coaching is supportive, between-session help focused on structure, accountability, and the day-to-day work of recovery. It complements clinical treatment — it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care.
Is coaching a substitute for therapy or medical care?
No. Coaching works alongside your treatment team. If you're in crisis or need medical care, please contact your provider or a crisis line.
Do you offer virtual and in-person support?
Both. Kerry works virtually with clients across the U.S. and Europe, and offers in-person support in Southern California.
Who do you work with?
Teens and adults, performers, families, and people navigating anorexia, bulimia, atypical anorexia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, over-exercise patterns, and chronic illness — with compassion, never judgment.
How do I get started?
The first step is a free 15-minute discovery call. It's a no-pressure way to talk through what you're looking for and see whether beED free is the right fit.
