Service — Meal & Exposure Support

Meal & exposure support, one step at a time.

Gentle guidance through challenging meals, fear foods, and the real-life situations where recovery is genuinely tested.

See support options

Some of the hardest parts of recovery happen in ordinary moments — a meal, a menu, an unexpected change of plans. Meal and exposure support meets you in those moments with steady, compassionate guidance. Exposure can be done around movement, shopping (grocery or clothing), and meals.

The goal is never pressure. It's making it through the challenges one step at a time — or even one moment at a time — strengthening the path to recovery. Situations that feel overwhelming today can become more manageable over time.

(02) — Questions

Common questions

What is exposure support?
It's a gentle, gradual way of approaching the foods and situations that feel frightening — building confidence step by step rather than all at once.
Will I be pushed to do things I'm not ready for?
Never. Everything moves at a pace you feel safe with — support is collaborative, not forced.
Does this replace seeing a dietitian or doctor?
Coaching is supportive, not clinical treatment. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and Kerry is glad to work alongside your existing treatment team.
