These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the beED free website and services. By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of our services

beED free provides eating disorder recovery coaching — supportive, practical guidance, structure, and accountability. Coaching is not medical care, psychiatric treatment, therapy, or a substitute for any of them, and using this site or our services does not create a doctor–patient or therapeutic relationship.

Coaching is intended to complement, not replace, care from your licensed medical and mental-health providers. Please continue working with your treatment team.

If you are in crisis

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, do not use this website. Contact your provider, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.), or reach a crisis line such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

No guarantees

Recovery is personal and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee any specific result from coaching. Your progress depends on many factors outside our control.

Bookings & payments

The initial discovery call is free. Any ongoing coaching or packages are provided under the terms agreed between you and Kerry, including scheduling, fees, and cancellation arrangements shared at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website and services lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the guidance of your medical and mental-health providers.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — text, design, images, and logos — is owned by beED free or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beED free is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
